If you are currently using a plastic sim and want to switch to an esim you can log in to your account on My O2 and click on ‘Replace your sim’. If you are ordering a sim only you will be offered the choice between esim or a plastic sim card. In the future when we have esim only devices for sale you will get an esim by default. If your device doesn’t support esim you will get a plastic sim by default. When you order a new device, you will be offered a choice between esim or a plastic sim if your device supports both. If you’re an Enterprise customer contact your account team. If you’re a Business customer, call us on 8002. If you’re a Pay Monthly customer, call us on 202. Contact us and ask for an O2 esim pack to be sent to you.
